Please note that your poster will be printed from the the digital poster you create, and will be hung at the meeting for you.


ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
All abstracts must be submitted through the ASSFN online Abstract Submission Center. Abstracts may not exceed 300 words and must include four areas:
  • Introduction - Should clearly state the problem and purpose of the study.
  • Methods - Should provide a description of what was actually done.
  • Results - Should contain the findings of the study.
  • Conclusions - Should be based upon the findings and relate to the stated purpose of the study and existing knowledge.
Please Note: The ASSFN will not accept papers that have been submitted and accepted at other neurosurgical and/or medical meetings. If you plan to submit your abstract prior to the selection notification, you must disclose this information.

CONTENT WITHOUT COMMERCIAL BIAS
The ASSFN must ensure balance, independence, objectivity, and scientific rigor in all of its educational activities. It is an ACCME requirement that audiences at educational programs for which continuing medical education hours are awarded be informed of a presenter’s academic and professional affiliations, and the existence of any significant financial interest or other relationship an author or co-author has with the manufacturer(s) of any commercial product(s) or services. Any such relationship must be disclosed.
